Rohini brings her multidisciplinary background and her experience and passion for creative research methodologies to her role as a Project Manager at Decodis. Before joining Decodis, she spent two years at a non-profit developing their impact measurement strategy and creative participatory research methodologies to study cultural displacement experienced by Black communities.
Prior to that, she was engaged in conceptualizing and executing gender-responsive agricultural value chain development projects across 15 Indian states, in collaboration with government, NPOs, International Organizations among other stakeholders.
Rohini specialized in gender and human security. She holds an MA in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School, and a BA in War Studies and History from Kings College London. She is currently based in Kolkata, India
